    Does any one recommend any health spas in south india. I just wnat to relax and with out any tensions. Preferrably aurvedic spas. Please let me know.

    you have Ayurveda spas in all the places. some of them are AYUSH and Sowkhya. Ayush have various branches around the chennai city.

    There is an excellent Ayurvedic centre,which is Kottakkal Arya vaidya sala in Coimbatore.People go there on a regular basis for rejuvenation.Their treatment is excellent.They have all the facilities in the campus itself.

    If you want a posh spa type experience, Indus Valley Ayurvedic Center in Mysore is really nice. But you are going to pay. It is ranked in top 100 spas in the world. Compared to a western spa it is reasonable. Their facilities are western standard for cleanliness and modern facilities and its walled with guards so very safe for women travelling alone.
