May be you made the biscuiots very thick. When they are cooked, the aroma comes. This is a standard recipe & I am not sure what the result will be if the proportion is changed!
I have given the reply for your last query in my previous post!
    Love,
    Chithra.

Thank you for the reply mam.. I finished making the biscuits and it is just perfect.. I adjusted the cooking time and it was done. Sugar is also just perfect.. Thanks a ton.

I thought I can add the essences to the coconut milk..silly me!!

Thanks a lot.. The biscuits brings memories of my grandma.. She is no more and was such a great cook.. and I had never ever thought of asking her recipes.. I was too young.. just happy to relish the taste and taking for granted.. BUT no matter God has given YOU!!

    Thanks..

    Love,
    Shyamala

I just use muffin pan to shape them & they are not baked, but ONLY FRIED.
Chiroti rava is "gooey", thats all. Powder normal rava & try it.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitraji:

Long time no feedback or comments from me. I just saw your falafel recipe. You have mentioned about tahini sauce but do you have the exact measurements for that?

    Will write to you shortly.

    Thanks much

    Seetha

No problems, Seetha! You are welcome!!
The consistency is your choice. I make it like a sauce - flowing but thick.
    Love,
    Chithra.
