Hi Sumathi, Try the youtube. If you like the speaker, then you can go to their site directly and listen to other lectures. Let me know if I can help further.

Some of the ones I like are by "Swami Chinmayananda", and "Swami Suddhananda" . Swami Suddhananda also studied from the Chinmaya mission. Try Chinmayamission.org and selfknowledge.in for their info.

I will add others as and when I come across them.
