New Diet chart with my experience !

    11.30-1 BANANA
    2.15-1 SMALL CUP RICE WITH DAL AND CRAB CURRY/SPINACH
    3.30- 1 ORANGE AND 1 BANANA
    5.30-TEA
    10.00-1 GLASS SKIMMED MILK AND APPLE

    Water intake- 2 big GLASS HOT water (1 ltrs)
    EXERCIESE-30 MIN OF ABS

    My diet chart Today (14/3/09):--
    8:00- 1cup normal tea +1 marry biscuit
    9:30-1 bowl oat cooked in laban
    11:30-1 apple
    2.15 - craked wheat & green gram khichadi
    cooked with lots of veges+yogurt+salad
    5.00-tea +2 marry biscuits
    10:30-1 spoon rice+bottle guard & potato sabji 2 spoon +1 little spoon dal(went out side & came too late so)
    EXERCIESE 2omin kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:nil

    WATER IN TAKE:8 GLass water early i took hot water after that normal water.

    6:00 -1 glass hot water with honey.
    8:00- 1cup normal tea +1 marry biscuit
    10:30-1 apple+1 big glass law fat milk
    2.15 - craked wheat & green gram khichadi
    cooked with lots of boiled veges(cabbage,cauliflower,beet,lauki,palak,cauliflower leaves,capsicum)+2 spoon yogurt
    5.00-tea +1 marry biscuits
    9:00-1 bowl boiled veges (saved from the noon food)with little salt,1 apple
    10:30-1 big glass law fat milk
    EXERCIESE 2omin kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:40 min walking

    WATER IN TAKE:8 GLass water .

    This is my yesterday's chart - 15/03/09

    Morning : 1 cup of coffee with little milk
    Breakfast : 1 sandwitch chicken
    Lunch : 1 chapatie with Rajma
    Eve.snack : 1 cup of coffee, with Marie biscuits
    Dinner: 1 Roti with chicken gravy bonkbonk (felt very hungry)

    Water : 2.5 Litres of water
    Exercise : 30 mins of floor exercise, 20 mins of walking

    9:00-1small spoon rice+kadhi+sabji(Quantiti same as small baby(4 month) eat because i'm whole day behind my son's study due to exam),1 apple,1 small pear
    10:30-1 big glass law fat milk
    EXERCIESE 30 min kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:nil

    WATER IN TAKE:2 litre hot water .

    Hi Guys,

    Sunday:

    8:00 a.m- 1 cup milk with slices of toast

    1:00 p.m- small salad with a BK veggie burger, 2 french fries, 1 onion ring

    5:00 p.m- fat free yelato ( 100 calories)

    9:00 p.m- 1 cup rice with veggies

    Exercise: was on my feet from 10 a.m til 7:00 p.m( Thank YOu New York City)


    Monday:
    8:00 a.m- 1 cup milk

    9:00 a.m- 1 cup oatmeal

    12:30 p.m- 1 flat bread sandwich with fat free refried beans, tomatoes, 1 green olive and lettuce

    4:00 p.m- a cup of fat free tomato soup

    6:00 p.m- 1 paratha, 1/2 bowl baingan, 1/2 cup rice

    Exercise: 1 hour elliptical, 1 hour stepper, 30 squats, 15 mts tread mill, 5 miles cycling.

    EXERCIESE-30 min walk,20 min cycling,20 min kapalbhati

    EXERCIESE 30 min kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:40 min fast walking

    I was planning to start dieting from last monday...i still have'nt motivated myself till date to start it...i dont know why i am like this... bonk..this has happened to me b4 also...whenever i plan i end up eating more :idontgetit: ...does anyone share the same feeling as i do ??????

    try to post your daily diet in weight loss buddy thread.......post your recent diet........so we al can help you..........once you will start posting you will see changes.......so don't get tensed.......first days will be difficult but you will do it.......we all have gone through this stage.......so:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup
