New Diet chart with my experience !

    lakshmi dear can you please include the timing of your BF lunch and dinner like all of us do...
    so that it is benefit you to keep track of it.
    because we will forget what we did last week right?
    so it is just a small suggetion...and you are the deciding authority

    Thanks for the suggestion Richass...I should note it down in a food diary..I keep forgetting....You are right, I should not have done weights ..now am so sore, can hardly move aroundbonk..disgusting...so there would be no workouts nothing for a day or two, till I am fine:(

    My diet chart Today (13/3/09):--
    9:30- 1cup normal tea +1 marry biscuit
    10:30-1 apple veges 2.15 - craked wheat & green gram khichadi cooked with lots of veges+yogurt 1 spoon +11/2 glass skim laban.
    5.00-tea +1 marry biscuit
    8:30-1 apple
    9:00-1 chapati+boiled veges+yogurt with tadka+1 spoon rice(feel too much hungry my metabolism on fire)bonkbonkPlease suggest me what to do if feel too much hungry.& one thing salad also finished in the friedge.Milk also.
    EXERCIESE 2omin kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:45 mins fast walking

    WATER IN TAKE:8 GLASS HOT WATER

    my day 12 march---------

    @6.00-------2 glass
    hot water
    @6.30----------1 glass water boiled with cinnamon,ginger ,1 spoon honey
    @9.00-----------bran flakes with milk

    @11.00--------green tea
    @12.45---------broken wheat khichdi mixed with cooked capsicum,cabbage,lauki,green peas
    @5.00----------1 cup tea without sugar
    @7.00------------1/2 cup of khichdi
    @8.30-------1 cup cantoloupe,1 glass milk

    exercise------------20 mins kapalbhtti,,20 mins fast walking before going to bed

    @1.30---------2 phulkas,1 bowl raw rice with sambar
    @5.30--------2 dahiwadas,2 small piece of dhokla
    @8.30 --------dinner in hotel...

    exercise------------no.........only washed clothes

    *****actually we were not getting water supply from thursday n on friday also only for 2 hrs.........so all plan was disturbed.........

    plEASE INCREASE YOUR WATER INTAKE AND IN INTERVALS...DO NOT GULP THE WATER...
    HAVE 1 SMALL GLASS EVERY ONE HOUR.THIS WILL SURELY HELP YOU WITH YOUR HUNGER.

    3.30- ORANGE
    5.00-TEA
    9.00-1 BIG PIECE OF CAKE [​IMG]
    10.00-POP CORN(FAT FREE) AND 1 GLASS PEACH JUICE
    WAS AWKW TILL 4.00 AM PARTYING [​IMG]

    Water intake- 5 big GLASS HOT water (2 1/2 ltrs)
    EXERCIESE-NO
