New Diet chart with my experience !

    hi ladies...

    It seems that some of u are having khichdi for lunch..i googled it and it seems really nice but the recepies on the net seem really fatty...can someone pls post the recepie to make the healthy version.

    My chart Today (03/11)-1100 cals

    9.00- HOT WATER
    10.30-1 bowl wheat ceraels with cranberry(5) and almonds(2) and 1/2 cup skimmed milk
    1.15- lemon rice with boiled potato and lima beans
    2.30- 1 grape fruit
    4.30- tea
    6.30- 1 adai
    7.30-banana
    10.00-skimmed milk AND apple

    Water intake- 5 big GLASS HOT water (2 1/2 ltrs)
    EXERCIESE-25 MIN KAPALBHATHI-MORNING
    AND EVENING-20 MINUTES abs,20 min kapalbhati
    20 min - floor exercise

    my day 11 march---------

    @6.00-------2 glass
    hot water
    @6.30----------1 glass water boiled with cinnamon,ginger ,1 spoon honey
    @9.00-----------3 idlis with sambar,1 cup milk

    @11.00--------green tea
    @12.45---------broken wheat khichdi mixed with cooked capsicum,cabbage,lauki,green peas
    @5.00----------1 cup tea without sugar
    @7.00------------1 piece of fish
    @7.30---------1 bowl soup made frm cooked veg(lunch veggies)
    @9.00-------1 apple,1 glass milk

    exercise------------20 mins kapalbhtti,,20 mins fast walking before going to bed

    hi Ruby,

    i don't know for what khichdi you are looking n wht u see on net but here is my recipe for khichdi with broken wheat/bulgar...........


    first in cooker add oil n,add cumin,mustard,hing,curry leaves,green chillies or red masala,turmeric ,onion,tomato,ginger-garlic paste,then add vegetables(as per ur choice n can add as much u want),add broken wheat mix well,add water n salt and cook.

    you can eat it with curd or as it is.........
    if you want can add whole spices as per taste......
    can do without oil also......

    Diet Chart for Wednesday:

    Bfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup boiled zuchinni

    Snack- 2 crackers

    Lunch- 1 veggie burger

    Dinner- 1/2 cup jeera rice( brown rice) with 1/2 cup rajma( at 5:30)


    no work out..as I sprained my neck:(

    11;30- 1cup normal tea
    2.15- craked wheat & green gram khichadi cooked with lots of veges+yogurt+salad+1 ladoobonkbonk
    5.00-tea with 1 marry biscuit
    8:30-Hot & sour soup at clubbonk,11/2 chapati bhindi sabji with yogurt bonk
    EXERCIESE 2omin kapalbhati in the morning
    Evening:1/2hr fast walking

    WATER IN TAKE:8 GLASS HOT WATER

    EXERCIESE-20 min KAPALBHATHI-MORNING
    AND EVENING-35 MINUTES abs

    Snack- 1 roll with strawberry preservebonkbonk

    Lunch- 1 cup rice with 1/2 cup rajma

    Snack- 1 cracker

    Dinner- 2 idlis

    workout: 1/2 hr weights, 1/2 hr elliptical....
