Moving to El Segundo

    I am moving to El Segundo in March,Looking for some advise on the Apartments.
    Apartments near Indian community,safe place,local transportation. My work place near the LAX Airport.

    Hi Mamtha,

    My hubby works in El Segundo, near LAX. We live in West LA, abt 5-7 miles from LAX. Avoid Apt in Hawthorne, Inglewood.
    Culver city, Torrance has enough Desi community and pretty decent areas to live in.

    Me too got a job in EL Segundo near LAX.Please let me know which apartments are good.
    I am new to west coast and don't have any idea about the apartments over there.

    Hey Kavya.,

    I think you would have moved to El Segundo by this time. Even I got to move to El Segundo near LAX with my family the next week. Can you provide me the details of good apartments nearby please. An apartment constructed in the last 10 years would be better as i have a little daughter who is scary of any insects :).

    Could you please share the names of the apartments that you are staying, and also rent details. Would be glad to know more about places to live in and around El Segundo for Indians.

    Well,

    For people who hit this thread again, we moved to BRE Alessio apartments :) Me & my DH love the ambience here. This apartment has a diversified community structure. So not too many indians, but we love the infrastructure, maintenance & community on the whole !
