    Dear Shobana,
    Thankyou for the happy F B !
B R kootu is a less common dish & is really very good.
If you are on a dieting spree, have B just once in 15 days !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Jiffy Parupusili

    Dear C

Thanks for the parupusili mix recipe. I am just waiting to try it over the weekend.

When you said that you are working on the parupusili mix, I thought that it would be like making a coarse powder and steaming it in a jiffy when required(so was pretty close ). I now have a fool proof recipe( what else can we expect from you). I am sure this would be a hit with all the usili fans.

    -Gayathri.

    Dear Abha,
My mixed vegetable sadam is the south indian equivalent to veg pulao !
Since V does not eat the latter, I started making this regularly !
Thankyou verry much for the feedback.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chithra,

I went through your recipe for Morkali and as per your suggestion adjusted the water quantity and made it into 'rava moru upma'. It came out good and was tasty as well. I usually like all 'moru' recipes and this one will surely top the list. Thanks for the recipe.

    Regards,
    Padmausha

    Dear Padmausha,
    Thankyou for the feedback.
Morkali can be made with rice flour, ragi flour, rava etc.
I make ragi morkali regularly for breakfast!
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Sowmi,
    Thanks for the F b s.
I am glad that your idlis came out well, the next day also !:tongue
For savouries, if you follow the nuances in detail, the end product will be good.
I am sure Vibhu is paying homage to Madurai by asking if it is chitvish recipe !
    Love,
    Chithra.
