Buying a Wet grainder

We are 4 members at home and my in-laws are comming here for 6 months. I'm asking them to bring an ultra wet grainder for me from India. But I do not know how many liters would be the best for 6 people. We use Idli and Dosa often. Can some body suggest which is good??

hi ,
i think 2 lts will be good for 6 members. i use 1.25 lts for 3 members(2+1 kid). and it depends how much u want to grind. make sure it is of 110 volts when bringing. it is really good one.and easy to use.

hi ggil,

for me my inlaws bought the very small size in ultra i was able to manage with that for 4 people with a kid. may be sometimes u may have to put the quantity of rice twice. as it is very small cleaning is very easy for me.

i bought only the 220 V and bought a convertor here in devon ave chicago. that saved me thousand rupees.
