    Dear Chitra Maam,
The posts by Shobana and you are enticing me to try Bread Dahi vada. But I am unable to locate this in your recipe index (I search in tiffins and snacks). Can you please help me locate it.

    Thanks,
    Nandhitha

    Dear Nadhita,
    Thanks for your F B.
You are right; paruppu thogayal & puli kootu is a nice combo.
The same way, a spicy thenga thogayal goes with mulakootal !

Yes, I have tried idlis the way, you have suggested. But with all my prejudices, perhaps, I prefer to make from the freshly fermented dough only ! Anyway, I am glad you like the idli recipe with aval.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Marvellous capsicum curry.

    Hi Mrs.C,

Several times, tried out the capsicum curry using PK powder on stove top. Though the taste came out nicely, but, would stick at the bottom becoz of the veggie or leave some water.

But, using MW, yr method, this is the first time-just neat and no mess at all. Oil & time consuming too. Lovely method and hereafter, will follow this way.

If I use more than a cup, do I have raise the oil too?

    Kindly clarify..

    Bye.

    Dear Ami,
    Thanks for the feedback.
You may increase the oil to 1 1/2 times - not more !
    Love,
    Chithra.
