New Diet chart with my experience !

    Hi Ladies,

    Bfast- a cup of cereal with fat free milk
    Lunch- Veggie burger( garden veggie patty) with a cup of yogurt
    Snack- 2 slices of lite bread( 40 calories each)
    Dinner- Bean thread with veggies- 1.5 cups

    Worked out for an hour on the elliptical and did cycling for 5 minutes...

    I should control my weekend eating..that is spoiling my entire weight loss effort...Whatever calorie deficits I make during the weekdays is compensated in the weekend:)..bonk

    It is 100 % correct.....,Not able to avoid weekend Drowning outings and eating :crazy

    @7.00-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.30----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp ,oats with low fat milk
    @10.30-----------green tea
    @12.00---------carrot,beet with curd
    @12.30--------3 phulkas, dish made from lentils,small bowl of dal
    @2.30-------1/2 apple n kiwi
    @5.00---------1 cup milk with 2 spoons bran flakes
    @7.30----------2 phulkas
    @8.00---------veg soup made from capsicum,carrot,cabbage,beet
    @8.30--------1 cup milk

    exercise-------25 mins cardio+aerobics,30 mins floor exercise n some asans

    Hello Ladies, Great to see you all after a gap of 5 days... I was traveling last week, so couldn't do much of exercise ( but I did manage to walk around 3 miles everyday) There was no restriction on diet as well, but whatever I ate, I ate less....:hiya
    I haven't gained or lost any weight. I am still at 110 lbs (Thank God for that :bowdown) 10 more to go!!
    Want to start once again religiously. I want to look slim and trim by summer when I go to visit my parents in India :)
