I couln't help noticing the post by Chitra Anand. What kind of a question are you asking? Do you have something called manners?
Chitvish madam is already doing a great service which am sure we would not be able to do...look at her efforts...hats off to her...
just don't make fun...if you want to have fun this is not the place....learn respect chitraanand on how to talk to elders...

hello sivagami, with all due respect to our chitvish,I was just joking with her.we consider her as our friend too but of course we respect her greatly.I don't think I have insulted her.I am an adult too,so I know my limits.I don't think, she has got offended.I think you have misunderstood.

    Dear Chitramma,

Am having guests for dinner on friday. Can you sugest easy, simple menus? Tried to browse through your recipes list but i find only breakfast menus.
    Kindly help...
Also tips on how to ferment curd in cold weather ma? Tried preheating the oven and then keeping it but the curd doesn't set.
    Thanks
    Sivagami

    Dear Sivagami,
I suggest you make a pulao, a stuffed paratha, raitha & any sabji. Make a curd dish like semiya bahala bhath & any dessert from the 3rd page in my recipe index.
I am planning to post step by step photos for pulao for beginners.
Perhaps your starter curd is not good. Get from a friend. Also, keep inside a casserole in the oven at lowest temperature or inside a rice container for the necessary warmth.
    Love,
    Chithra.
