New Diet chart with my experience !

    I'm fine how about... good to know yu had a great holiday... start your diets soon...my days are going fine carrot and labon drink do you mean you are mixing it as a shake and drinking or?.. what ever it is share it with us... hope to see some new result all the very best...

    Good morning. I could not see any posting here. what happened ladies?

    regarding carrot and labon, In one of my threads also I mentioned about ths. if you take carrot and buttermilk ( like milk shake, this is butter milk shake Big Laugh) you can reduce weight. I heard it from somebody and I followed for some days and left.

    2 days before when I am searching something in net I came across some sidha site. In that they mentioned that one must take 2 carrots in 2 cups of buttermilk. ( grind carrot and mix with butter milk) to reduce weight. After 7 days one can see the weight loss and when they reach their goal just stop taking this drink. This is what I read. so started from yesterday. I am taking this as break fast. It is coming almost more than 2 1/2 cups.

    so let me see after 10 or 15 days. hope for the best.:)

    Dear Krishnaama and all others who are irritated and frustrated by me,

    Don’t worry this is my last post in this thread J. So there is no need for your blood pressures getting high.

    I was not aware of the fact that criticism is not allowed/appreciated in this thread. That I should keep mumm if I disagree with a certain strategy. That I should cheer when someone is loosing weight, by eating unhealthy food (although they think they are eating healthy food) or keep mumm because I don’t know what I am talking about (?) and if I do speak up I am discouraging people in their weight loss battle (so being sincere is not appreciated)!
    I was not aware that I am not allowed to “preach” about exercise (which can be done in many ways, also for people with a medical condition) because by this diet you will loose weight that is what counts, the BMI is not of any importance at all. It does not matter that after this diet your body contains of fats and looks like a jelly pudding, what counts is that one has lost weight. It does not matter that the fat on your belly is still there because you have lost weight, that is what counts (a fat belly is regarded as an additional health risk)!
    I was not aware that this diet is healthy for overweight people with or without medical conditions because they are getting all the necessary vitamins from their limited food intake!
    I was not aware of the fact that permanent and realistic is not done because people (young and old with or without a medical conditions)rather do unhealthy diets torturing their body instead of nipping the problem in the butt.
    I was not aware of the fact that one prefers a frail sagging body of a chronic dieter over a healthy body.

    I just was not aware that I am from a different planet!

    i just want to let u noe sumthing...yes u hav fystrated everyone here...more than that u had demotivated me earlier when u had posted similar posts on my thread "weightloss buddy"... i dont think u ever had the struggle to loose weight thats wy ur talking abt it like this...ur right its ur opinon buh u must understand that u had inflicted ur opinon and we didnt agree u shuldnt hav further forced it upon us...we are here as a support group to aid each other in their weightloss journey no to put us off...i hav strated my journey again but hu noes hw many silent members were also put off by you repeated thoughts....all i ask u is to understand our situation...as u can see our fellow member has successfully lost weight and is maintaining it through this plan...and teh rest of us are loosing so i dont see wats the prblem...ur getting confused the the word diet i presume this diet plan that amma has brught abt is way of life not a crsh diet as u think e.g gm, atkins or southbeach. sorry if i hav hurt buh i hav become really futstrated by constantly reading your posts which really demotivate me, i understand that isnt ur intention but thats the outcome of ur post so pls be aware of that.

    Hi Krishnamma,

    I am having doubt, I thnk it is not good to do excercises immediately after drinking water and after doing excercise we should not eat for 1 hr minimum thn when we should drink water what should be the maximum time limit for drinking water both before and after doing excercises.

    actually 3-4 hrs empty stomach is needed to do any exercise... but you can have water there is no restriction for water... even before or after exercise... when i used to do thread mill for 1 hr and all even while doing also i used to have water... if i'm not wrong...i guess nothing harm in that.. friends do give your suggestions also... only food you are not suppose to eat before doing any exercise...
    let us wait for krishnamma reply also...
