Eggless Chocolate Cake hello everyone , want to try an amazing cake without any hassel . here u go INGREDIENTS -: PLAIN FLOUR - 1-1/2 CUP COCO POEDER - 1/2 CUP SUGAR _ 1 CUP BAKING SODA _ 1 TSP COOKING OIL/ BUTTER /MARAGRINE - 1/2 CUP MILK _ 1 CUP VINEGER _ 1/4 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE _ 1 TSP METHOD -: first mix all the dry ingredients like plain flour , baking soda ,coco powder and sugar. now put oil in the batter and mix it . boil the milk in a pan and put that vinegar let it be curdel .when the whey will be sepreate.let it come on room tem. pour this in that cake batter ( the whey and water both ) mix it well and add vanilla essence . pour this batter in a grease cake mould and bake this on 180 c for 20 to 25 min FOR ICING -: mix coco powder and icing sugar .put some hot water and can do icing on cake . TIPS -: if u want plain cake take 2 cup of plain flour and drop coco powder if u want u can add some chopped dry fruits ( like rasins , almonds etc ) if u find batter thich u can use some luke warm milk try this sexy cake and send me ur comments this is an all time favourite cake in my house . so enjoy this yummmmmmmmmmy cake

Mixed Fruit Cake !!! DEAR MITRA, HEAR IS THE RECIPE FOR MIXED FRUIT CAKE. <TD class=heading colSpan=2>Process: <TD class=recipeNotes colSpan=2>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 1.Peel the layers of mango,kiwi and banana. and cut them to small pieces. 2.Add grapes to the above content and mash them llightly [ not like a paste] . 3.Now add instant cake mix powder and add water,egg ,oil according to the instructions. 4.Now beat the contents for 5-10 min(hand beat) until no lumps are formed and forms like smooth paste. 5.Now grease the 8 inches round cake pan with little oil and pour the content. and place it in the oven. 6. Keep it in the oven for atleast 20-25 min and check the cake with a toothpick by inserting it in the middle of the cake. Hint :The toothpick should come out clean when the cake is done When the cake is done, turn off the oven . Then Cool the cake completely. Finally do frosting with instant vanilla frosting. Decorate as u like. Re: Butterless, eggless cake........... Hi Meena, thanks for all your lovely posts. I was going to try your cake today and as i was preparing i've notices there's no flour in it. If the cake is done with no flour, are we suppose to get it out of the cooking tray?
