You can check that out, but I belive its compatible with 2-3star luxury so the cost may be high. you can get the details from Google like phone number etc. The location is very good. Check it out. buying a place in Annanagar Hi All, This happens 2 b my first post.I recently moved 2 chennai,still clueless about many things here.I am a doctor,married 2 another DOCTOR&we have a 3 1/2yr old daughter.we r staying on rent at Annanagar.we r keen on buying a flat in chennai.With the recent heavy rains&flooding,I AM REALLY CONFUSED !Which is a good &flood freearea 2 invest in?Could u suggest some good builders?We r thinking of annanagar,chetpet;these areas.I DONT MIND BUYING 2ND hand flats provided they r in good shape &in good locality.ALSO NEED INFO ON GOOD cbse schools in and around Annanagar for LKG Admission for my daughter.I have applied in Chinmaya&Jesse moses.I GUESS,ENOUGH 4 NOW.Looking 4ward 2 hearing from u all....
