    Dear Divya,
    You can also go for a CD of Garbhasanskar by Balaji tambe,which is easyly available in any of the Music shop or you can also download the same.
    The music is very soothing and helpful for mother and child during pregnenancy.
    I am also pregnant for the first time and experiencing the same thing..
    You can go for it..
