You made me completely emotional. Tomorrow being my real star b'day, as a Dad you have already given my most valuable present...Azhugai thondaiyai adaikardhu is all i could say at this point.

Arun promised that this love, the one you bonded will continue for ever.....Your epilogues..I have no words right now in such an emotional state.

Having had a such a pleasant kanyadhanam, i really miss you Sridhar...

Happy Vijayadasami Day
And I guess , there cannot be any other better blessed day to finish ALS and pass on the beatuiful love to this community.

The Happy Ending that you gave was eagerly awaited for and many prayers were queued to HIS abode and the prayers were answered and definitely you can understand how one feels when his/her prayers are answered! And I am now gliding with the same happiness! And I place my Thanks to you!

I remember reading somewhere "Never anticipate the relishes of any happiness, nor feel the weight of any misery, before it actually arrives"

But with respect to ALS, we all anticipated and were waiting to relish the happiness that was ready to engulf Vidya and Arun's life!
And for sure I knew that you are not going to let me ,or the entire community here who wanted the happy ending, down and hence the little uncertainty in the ending that I had during the initial episodes did not transform into a fiasco and rather it all gave a beautiful love to think and be happy about!:thankyou2:

And Congratulations again for the book release. But unfortunately
I do not know to read tamil, else I would have grabbed a copy!But still I pray that you are entitled to more book releases and shine more in literary field in parallel with accountant in youclap

Congratulations, Super, brilliant..... what else to say....

You have made be tongue tied, tear eyed etc..... My heart is so heavy with all these love dear.... I am going to have a break down here now. It was toooo toooo emotional and love filled.

You have shown that only Love can be there in the serial, no need for any villians or fate... It is simply mesmerising. I pray ALS should also be published as a book and it should be the best seller and you winning an award for the same... Honestly I wish all these and much more for you and yours and I should be there when you take this award tooo.

I read the preface of the book and you made me yearn for it now.... The waiting time is too much...

Dear Sridhar,
there is not onle word which will describe the beauty of this episode in particcular and the story as a whole in English that I could think of. I am amazed at the emotions that you have brought in this episode. Please forgive me, I may sound out of focus in the fb.
I just loved the way you have described the love between Vidya and Arun, emphasising that they did not need the physical intimation, just the way they looked at each other with so much love was more than anything. And they just held handsm that was enough for them. True love which has stood the test of time and what not, that is what it is. And also the twist of Priya and Naren being lovers, wow Sridhar, even that is a very good one. I am happy for Kamla who had been concerned about Vidya and Arun, that her daughter should fall in love with a gem like Naren. Even their love had lasted the test of time, albiet a short one. And I shall pray, yes pray to God, that I should get a love which will be atleast a 1/100 of the love of Vidya and Arun in my next birth (if there is a birth). I shall do anything for that now. I don't think it is just fiction, I believe there will be people in this vast world who spread such love. And being very emotionaly, I cannot focus and write a good fb.
And congratulations about the release of your new book. Another feather on your cap. And what is the best way other than one's parents getting the first copy? You are lucky to get such an experience.
Now, we can plan for a meet at the Book Fair next January, what do you say?

Dear Sridhar,
I rushed through the final episode in one go and you have given us double surprise! I thought you will draw the curtains with the usual fairy tale ending-“They lived happily ever after!” But then there was another suspense in the story- Priya and Naren also being lovers! That was a real punch! Sure, you have become a master story teller. It is time for you to go international by writing in English now that you have a new Tamil book published on this Great Day! May that Goddess of Victory heap more and more victories upon you!

<u1>Vidya could not have noticed that subtle moment as she was completely absorbed in Arun’s handsome face.

<u1>Arun saw from the corner of his eyes that the hand bag was at the very edge of the table. The bag was now waiting for the gentlest push by Arun to fall down.

<u1>He moved his other hand towards Vidya’s hand so that her sight was distracted from her handbag. He gently touched the bag at the right point which caused its fal

When I read those lines I thought suddenly you had turned cinematic too, making our hero seek for those lesser pleasures! Hmm… You have a way of holding your readers!

Sridhar, that salt part was a little bit too much! Eight spoons……..! Even if one spoon extra salt is added the food becomes unpalatable! Poor Arun, you being his creator, have you to make him soooooooo tolerant?! I was just wishing I could switch him for you at that moment and see your reaction! If once you could be in his place, then you would not make even your fictional characters suffer! I can imagine somebody tolerating food without salt for the sake of love (like some times my DH does, meekly asking me to get some salt!). This was toooooo much! Poor Arun! This shows you have never ventured into cooking! Ha! Ha! Ha! Had some fun at your expense and at your bidding!( Remember, you said in your epilogue there were no critics?) No more leg pulling!
In the end Dr. Kamla has her teasing too, what with the secret of her daughter’s love coming as a surprise to her and even the marriage. Nice ending to a wonderful Love story.

Wish you all the best for the success of your new book. As I will be away from Chennai from tomorrow, I shall buy the book as soon as I return on Wednesday.

dear Sridhar Sir,
A lovely ending to a beautiful Serial...was touching to read your epilogues too......How much importance u give to each and every fb making everyone of us feel so special............I am quite excited by the fact that I knew Priya would be Narens love as soon as he started telling kamala...
the highlight of ALS was the absence of any devious negative characters and abundance of love between all the characters...makes u long for such a world...Serial writers could take a tip from u on how to keep it ENGROSSING without any villians or vamps ....Nice feeling that the story ended on vijayadashami day ...congratulations sir on your book release but unfortunately i cannot read tamil....thanks again for such a wonderful story...monday afternoons will not be the same for many of us at IL without an episode of ALS...
