Carrot is the main attraction. Dear Ami, I too tried this recipe with carrot more because we don't use carrots mainly in any kuzambu on its own. Regards, Chithra.

carrot PK vs pk upperi Hi Mrs.Chithra, Just now prepared finishing the above. And, carrot pK taste was really healthy and a great change from rest of the sambars. And, for upperi, I have put only vazhakkai and made thicker version like kootu, but love the taste. Rgds.
To Ami. Dear Ami, Thanks for the express feedback. In fact if you make Carro P K ( thalara in Tamil ) - slightly lose consistency - pulikuthi uperi, made spicy is a nice combination. Love, Chithra.

Bhendi Sabji was very nice Hello Chithra Madam, I tried Bhendi Sabji (in fact I was confused as to which recipe to try seeing so many good choices, but then gave a try to bhendi) because my kid does not like it due to the stickyness, however roased I prepare. But this Bhendi Sabji became the favorite. My kid had enough and told me to make it often only in this type. Thanks to you and the wonderful person who told you the recipe. Though he is not alive today, I am sure many of his recipes would be living in many kitchens. Warm regards, Roja
Thankyou, Roja. Dear Roja, Thankyou for the feedback. I am planning to post all the recipes, that person gave me because all of them are very good ! Regards, Chithra.
Uhhh...so many varities Chitvish, I am a long time member of this site and I returned to the site after quiet sometime now. I got so excited seeing so many varieties of recipes, especially the keralite specials like avial, eriseri, mulagootal, paal kootu, etc. Wow! I got few spices from India recently and I am going to try your versions (the traditional ones). Shall let you know how it turned out. Cheers, Vinu
