Actually I had already read the OP of @sadwife and wanted to respond to her distress but I just couldnt think how to put the answer up without dismissing (however kindly) sadwife's concerns or feelings, so I was waiting to formulate the words

@mangaii has conveyed the answer wonderfully.. and she has also included her own personal struggle which really resonated with OP's thoughts
