Share Weight-lifting Routine For Weight-loss - I Feel Like A Skinny Girl In A Fat Aunty Body!

    Please share your weight-lifting routine for weight-loss

    I heard of Pyramid method, i.e. many reps with lighter weight then lower the reps, but increase weight

    Here is what I am attempting. 12 arm dumbbell exercises. Plz help. I feel like a skinny girl in a fat aunty body!

    My goal is to reach minimum light weight of 24 lbs (that can take some time, years perhaps!)

    1st round: 2 reps of 9 lbs

    2nd round: 3 reps of 9 lbs
    3rd round: 3 reps of 9 lbs

    4th round: 4 reps of 10 lbs

    5th round: 6 reps of 12 lbs

    6th round: 4 reps of 10 lbs

    7th round: 3 reps of 9 lbs
    8th round: 3 reps of 9 lbs

    9th round: 2 reps of 9 lbs

    Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% workout. The method that worked for me was intermittent fasting + calorie deficit + low-carb diet combined with mild walking/jogging exercises.
    Calorie deficit is a simple method to lose weight. Just start counting calories of the food you eat, simply consume lot of food with less calories (like cucumber, asparagus, salad etc.,) and minimum amount of food with more calories (like rice, snacks etc.,) and make sure you consume right amount of protein each day.

    Maybe I need more protein. It helps build muscle that will burn more fat!
