Anyone Use Ninja Kitchen System Blender For Idli And Dosa Batter?

    Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-iQ

    Does any of you use this big blender for making idli and dosa batter?

    i dont have one but i am thinking to buy one either from india or here .. didnt you try to use it for those batters and see how its going to come???

    Not yet. I bought it recently and trying one by one. I just tried making chutney and spice mix with that small jar and it was ok. I had to run for few times to get it soft.so I am not sure how the batter will turn out.
    I don't have grinder or Indian mixie , so I can't grind the soaked rice if this ninja doesn't work. That's the reason for the post lol.

    Let me know if it turns out good in yours. Keep me posted. Which model are you buying?

    for idli,dosa batter and chutney, other spices i use this.. one of my good friend gifted this for us 5,6 yrs back its still working good but the lid is broken and jar is also had some problem... this one works real good... not so expensive..

    for vada i use the kitchenaid my super mixie that is also 5,6 yr old still works like a new.. this is also gift for house warming hahahaha...

    i dont have exact model as of now but works good..

    as we planning to visit india in summer thinking to buy one good one from there but someone in other thread suggesting its better to get it from here so i am in dilemma and need to figure out what to do.. LEts see what others say...:thumbup:

    I had Preethi eco mixie which I b
    I had Preethi eco mixie and not a good fan of it for idli dosa batter.
    I am planning to try in ninja and if that doesn't work, I think I will end up buying a wet grinder.

    I haven’t tried this particular blender, but have tried vitamix.. I found that I never get the fluffy urad dal consistency for my idli with that and went back to using my wet grinder..

    Oh ok. If it didn't work better with Vitamix, it will definitely be the same with ninja.

    dont try and waste your energy to be cleaning up all this things..

    by the way which wet grinder is good?????

    I have the premier wonder 1.5 liter wet grinder, works really well, compact in size too.. available on amazon for 215$.
