Hello everybody, I always had a lot of interest in Madhubani painting but never took any lessons in this form of art. In this painting, I just copied the design from the cover of a magazine. Initially, I used watercolours, but recently I touched up the picture with sketch pens to make it look brighter. I have also tried my hand at drawing a peacock in Madhubani style on silk cloth. Here I used fabric paint and finally turned the cloth into a Potli bag. Hope all of you will like it.
Am quite impressed with your craft. I love the pea-hen you had produced here. 2. If you hv substantial collection of your paintings of this madhubani art form, would suggest to display in an art gallery in a city on a holiday or week-end where interested partied gather and buy your ware at a good price. 3. I would suggest you to read my response to the post of another like minded member in IL IN THE LINK copied below*. 4. It might be useful to you in some manner. 5.
