Since we no longer get Indian atta in the grocery stores in US, wondering which atta do you buy. Tried golden temple, wasnt good. Any recommendations of new ones you have tried? Thanks!

Yes, no longer indian wheat flour. Last week I made up my mind to buy the available golden temple atta. Good question, other ILs will suggest.

I make rotis with King Arthur white whole wheat flour. White whole-wheat flour is made from hard white spring or winter wheat, which has the exact same nutritional value of whole-wheat flour. Though chapathis are not exactly same as using our Indian atta, I find it pretty good. My neighbor friend uses a mix of white whole wheat flour and unbleached all purpose flour to make Parathas and naan bread.
