    Oh God! @MalStrom @shravs3 you’ll are really pulling me now! @shravs3 the link you have posted especially first one is too tempting. Now I’m also thinking of giving it a try!
    Not only tempted I’m getting into the logistics of how to do this! :)
    Two general questions
    When I compare these recipes to the ones using instant rice flour why all the rice flour recipes use half chapati flour?
    Secondly for grinding damp rice can I use vitamix? Has anyone tried and what was the result? I don’t want to damage it or find out the hard way that I’m not supposed to grind dry rice in Vitamix

    I’m not sure if you can use the regular Vitamix jar (newbie here)

    But there is a specific Vitamix jar for dry grains you can use that for making any flours.
    I’m waiting to buy this jar!!

    If there is no other option then our Indian mixie to the rescue :blush:
