    Once again I am struck by how multi-pronged and balanced is DDream's response. It suggests how the OP there can talk firmly with her husband, how to clearly tell him what the OP will do if he keeps up or implements his abnormal ideas, how the OP can acknowledge any shortcomings on her part while retaining her dignity.

    I like how it ends with a caution to OP to take care of herself and that she is beautiful as she is too. Body-shaming from a spouse must be one of the cruelest things in a marriage. So, this is important for OP there to note:
    "You are beautiful the way nature created and you deserve better. You need to belive in yourself. Dont lose confidence. "​
