    Today perhaps one of the tougher days - with a deadline looming large, had tomake a choice of finishing most of the challenge before I went to school this morning!

    Note: The Hospice volunteering is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and I could not have dinner before 6 p.m. Hence, I am not counting this date but decided to report the rest.

    2. Limit caffeine - Done
    3. Intermittent fasting 16:8 - Done
    4. 45 min Walk - Done
    5. Meditation 15 mins - Done (more of breathing session as it was hard to focus)
    6. Self improvement - Journaling - Done

    I could not fast, exercise and slept late on Friday as we had guests over !
    Hoping to get back to track from Sunday.

    Thanks for the wishes everyone. I'm feeling a lot better today. Back is still sore but improving slowly. Started again today and was able to meet my targets for the day.
