    Hello Dears
I want to know if we can make large quantity of peanut chutney and freeze it for later use?
I am in Seattle and my Dil (non Indian) likes peanut chutney, tomato onion chutney and asking me to prepare more . so that she can freeze it and use it later.
I am going to make the following ( in large quantity )
    Dosa batter
    Biryani
    Chicken kurma
Matter paneer and few more things before coming back to bay area this weekend.

So I would like to know if we could freeze the peanut chutney.
    Waiting for your replies.
    Thanks in advance.
    Update.
We are getting Indian grocery and veggies from shoperies .com and using Instacart for other orders..

U just roast the peanuts and red chillies and add other things to it and grind it in powder form don't add water and whn ever required you can add hit water to it and it wil be like a paste..or you can just do grind once again after adding hotester if u want too smooth ...and can store this powder for months in fridge

Anything can be freezed. After making chutney, fill it in small containers like every two days size box.
So she can move it one day before from the freezer to the fridge and use it.

It applies to all curries/batter, freeze as daily sizes.

You can freeze items like chutney in ice-cube trays. Once they are frozen they can be put into Ziploc freezer bags and then you can quickly grab what is needed.

    Thanks KF.
She had tons of carryout boxes in various sizes.
I really appreciate the ladies working full-time ,with kids .
Last two weeks I am witnessing how hectic their lives here with 2 kids in daycare.
It is very tiresome for them.
    Thanks again

Srividya anything can be store for long time but they wil loose its taste and nutrients if we refrigerate, that too peanut chutney wil spoil very easily and it wil lose its taste once we refrigerateI will advise you to prepare for 2days max,u can't hav it for more dn dt
