Day: 58 of 100 (Monday) Date: September 27, 2021 Time: 7:11 a.m. to 7:21 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: I always start Mondays with agitated mind. I accepted the results of the games I had mentioned earlier one going in favor of my team and one against. A lot of thoughts in my mind during the meditation. Towards the end, I was able to concentrate and keep it calm. Breathing cycle worked fine with 4 per minute.
Interesting how multiculturalism works. We have one foot in India, and one foot in our adopted country, USA

Time: 7:45 am to 7:55 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Fell asleep, cannot remember what I dreamt, LOL Time: 12:30 pm to 12:40 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Waiting for soup to cook. Calm at last!
Day 58. Date: September 27 2021 Time: 11 30 pm. to 11 :42 pm. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: A gratitude meditation to end my day before going to bed. Since the day was good I was thankful and hoping for a better day tomorrow.
Day: 59 of 100 (Tuesday) Date: September 28, 2021 Time: 6:16 a.m. to 6:29 a.m. Duration: 13 minutes Experience: I went to sleep early as I was looking forward to waking up early to do meditation. I was able to overcome sleep during meditation better. Only one thought about my car that is in service overnight came during meditation. I realized it was happening due to attachment to an object. Despite wanting to have trusteeship, it doesn't come easily. I lost track of time and towards the end of the session, my mind was calm.
Day 66 September 28, 2021 Time: 4:10 am to 4:20 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Racing thoughts, no calm :-( Time: 6:00 am to 6:10 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Jittery from coffee. Racing thoughts. Maybe few seconds of calm.
Day: 60 of 100 (Wednesday) Date: August 29, 2021 Time: 7:07 a.m. to 7:22 a.m. Duration: 15 minutes Experience: I woke up with a happy mindset and that really helped me to have a good meditation with a lot of focus. Rhythmic breathing cycle throughout the meditation session. I was spiritually elevated throughout the session with minor thoughts which disappeared as though I have put them on fire. I wish I could have such sessions more in the coming days. I never recognized time during the entire meditation.
Day 67 September 29, 2021 Time: 3:00 am to 3:10 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Sleep escaped me. Racing thoughts. No calm. Tried to sleep afterwards. Time: 5:10 am to 5:20 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Bathroom is occupied, meditated while waiting. Cannot remember calm. Time: 5:10 pm to 5:20 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Super stressed. Managed calm. Maybe dozed off.
Day 59. Date: September 28 2021 Time: 10 pm. to 10 : 10 pm. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: couldn't concentrate much. As I started leaving my baby behind in night. Within 4 5 mins she sensed I'm not next to her n started crying. So I rushed back. I was regretting not doing it in the morning. Day 60. Date: September 29 2021 Time: 9 30pm. to 9 40pm. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: lot of thoughts about my weekend. It's the lil one's birthday and we have a small family get together. So I'm Now only thinking if this is ready that is ready etc. Unable to concentrate on being calm. Maybe I'll take a break until the weekend is over. Day 61 Date: September 30 2021 Time: 5:45 am. to 5:55pm. Duration: 10minutes Experience: I tried to put back the meditation on the morning routine. It was better. Though I had a few thoughts about finishing my tasks It was better and I was gently pulling myself to the breadths. . Taking a break and will be back from October 3rd .
