    Day: 49 of 100 (Saturday)
    Date: September 18, 2021
    Time: 6:42 a.m. to 6:54 a.m.
    Duration: 12 minutes
Experience: One of the best meditation session I had so far experienced in the last 49 days. The mind was calm and absolutely no thoughts during the entire session except watching the inhalation and exhalation cycle. Other than the sound of peacocks from the conservation and the humming sound of airconditioning vent, there were no other external noises audible during this time. I am sure more of these sessions will help me make spiritual progress.

    Day 48 , 49 : Skipped.
    Day 50 :
    Date :19-09-2021
    Duration 10 mins
Experience : just got a bit lazy past couple of days to sit for meditation. I mean I wasn't lazy exactly I woke up late n when I start mt days a bit late from routine I end up landing in kitchen directly from bedroom. Then the day never reminds me to take time for my "me meditation time". So today I woke up a bit early as I didn't want to skip 3days in a row. 7 days of focus came to an end . Thinking of choosing my next theme based on my mindset this week.let's see what I pick up.
Experience was 50 50 with thoughts n breaths. Could not concentrate much

    Day: 50 of 100
    Date: September 19, 2021
    Time: 6:40 a.m. to 6:50 a.m.
    Duration: 10 minutes
Experience: Started with Aumkar and continued watching breathing cycle. Thoughts came rushing after a few minutes and I started observing them. It is totally unrelated to anything that was going on in my life and I wonder why those thoughts came. Towards the end, the mind was calm but I woke up tired and it showed up during the meditation. May be meditation has to be immediately afte a sound sleep.

    Date: September 20, 2021
    Time: 6:14 a.m. to 6:29 a.m.
    Duration: 15 minutes
Experience: Equanimity continues to be the theme for this month. Focusing my mind to remain calm no matter what thought comes into the mind. Inhalation and exhalation cycle was very rhythmic. Unnecessary chatter in the mind is considerably reduced in the last 50+ days. My day times are better after I started meditation.

    Date: September 21, 2021
    Time: 6:40 a.m. to 6:53 a.m.
    Duration: 13 minutes
Experience: Excellent experience focusing my mind on inhalation and exhalation cycle. Only one thought came that too about teaching the children about moral values. In fact, even that thought ended up with pleasant feelings. These meditative sessions are helping me to remain calm throughout the day.

    Day: 53 of 100 (Wednesday)
    Date: September 22, 2021
    Time: 6:32 a.m. to 6:44 a.m.
    Duration: 12 minutes
Experience: Started the meditation session with Aumkar chanting and began observing inhalation and exhalation cycle. I have visualized inhalation as bringing energy into my body and mind and exhalation as releasing all the stress and aches out of my body and mind. It brought great relief to both my body and mind. Very helpful session.
