    Hi Sunitha,

    I did my primary education in Vivekananda Vidyalaya ( patel road) later on our family moved to Anna Nagar. Is the school still there? Any idea? And your school <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">St. Joseph</st1:City></st1:place> convent is really one of the good schools over there. Very strict right? I still remember the market, paper mills road, patel road & the church etc. Really, I want to see those places again in my next visit. Let us catch up!

    And Shree I did my degree in Anna Adarsh college 1993-96 batch!

    No...am not from Anna Nagar...but i did both my degree & masters in Anna Adarsh College... 92-95 & 95-98 batches!

    Dear Shree,
    I live in Ram Nagar in Ambattur, adjacent road to Rakki Theatre. I am at the same house I moved in as a bride from Trivandrum, in 1987. Now this has become my hometown too.
    Are you from Ambattur?

    Dear Sunitha,
    it was not delibrate, you are always welcome. I am seeing people from the city and from Velachery etc. Members seem to be less from this side. When I go to a meet, I am the one coming from the farthest side of the city. But I do make it inspite of traffic congestion, long commuting time etc.
    But you are all abroad and when you come home, you will not have time to even call and talk to us. I am not blaming anyone, practically that is what happens even to me when I go to Trivandrum. If members who live abroad make it a point to plan and ask for a meet, we people will do it happily.
    Last time we met when Veda had come down. Then it was for Varalotti and Indhusri, though they are from madurai.
    So, girls, the next time, keep away some time for us ILiites too during your vacation.
    Now, I did not see much people coming forward.

    me too from ramnagar.......don't tell me the same st and address.......:) hm....... we r there in the same house for more than 30 to 40 yrs now. and we r the first ones to come in that locality so one of the st name also bares my grandma's name. do u wane to continue in this thread for the rest otherwise u can PM me about the st name and stuff. i may know u.

    Thanks for the invitation. Just now, we had one get together, the experience was so good, and I am unable to express it. It is still fresh in my mind. Definitely, I don't mind having one more in Chennai esp. in 'namma' area!

    Hey Anushiv,you know what,I did only my LKG at VV,Patel road,1976-77 batch..hee hee!!My elder sis did her UKG too there the same yr.Then,we both went to St.Joseph's. We were staying at Seyyur Parthasarathy St. then...wow...wonderful memories.:p
