Day: 45 of 100 (Tuesday) Date: Septmber 14, 2021 Time: 7:21 a.m. to 7:33 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: I was late waking up this morning and slept for a long time. But instead of rushing to do my work, I sat down for meditation first as the effect of the meditation is enjoyable and positive. Rhythemic breathing cycle and the mind focused on the theme of equanimity. I noticed that my mind is conscious about not to get agitated throughout the day even if disturbing events happen because of this meditation. Blank mind is like pressing a refresh button and gives the same level of enjoyment and happiness like a child. It is hard to describe it.

Time: 5:50 am to 6:00 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Feeling much calmer before practice test! Time: 9:35 am to 9:45 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Noisy construction. Unsure if I felt calm Time: 7:35 pm to 7:45 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Disturbed by a scene in. Bollywood movie. Calmed eventually.
Day: 46 of 100 (Wednesday) Date: September 15, 2021 Time: 5:52 a.m. to 6:02 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: Calmer mind through out the session. Waking up early and doing meditatoin is so refreshing. I am about to drive 150 miles for a meeting and the meditation and shower made me so fresh for the meeting. Uneventful but pleasant session.
Day 53 September 15, 2021 Time: 4:30 am to 4:40 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Ready and determined for the day. Managed some calm. Time: 9:10 am to 9:20 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Noisy construction. Got interrupted by phone buzzing and opened eyes briefly to see who it was. Resumed meditation. Unsure if mind got calm, but I remembered to do a errand Time: 12:20 pm to 12:30 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Mental stress. I dunno if I slept or calmed down. Came out of "calm" few seconds before timer went off. Time: 3:20 pm 3:30 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Less mental stress. Poignant sadness. Calmed mind. 10 minutes went by fast.
Day 47 : 15-09-2021 Duration : not sure Time : 5 15pm to 5 45 pm Experience : waking up really early I find myself a bit sleepy until I catch up on a short nap afternoon or early evening. I was exhausted but wanted to finish the meditation. Started and I was very much with the breadth for the first 6 7 mins and I fell asleep... Yes sitting on the sofa does this. Should go back to my padmasana.
I am late joinee here So yesterday is day 1 Time 3.15 to 3.45 pm Did my preparatory asanas and shambhavi mahamudra which i learned from Sadhguru's inner engineering course. Feeling is calm and relaxed, less anxiety I really want to complete 100 days in a row lets see
Day: 47 of 100 (Thursday) Date: September 16, 2021 Time: 7:12 a.m. to 7:24 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Very refreshing experience with minimal thoughts. It works like spring cleaning when you attempt a calm mind for even a few minutes everyday. Your thoughts are cleanly organized in a shelf instead of cluttered setting. Unused thoughts can be thrown out of the storage. What is needed can be kept in a reachable place leaving rarely used thoughts archived in the loft.

Calm came after a while Time: 9:20 am to 9:30 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Light construction outside. Had some calm Time: 12:50 pm to 1:00 pm Duration: 10 min Experience: Waiting for soup to cool. Some calm. Time flew by!
Day: 48 of 100 (Friday) Date: September 17, 2021 Time: 7:22 a.m. to 7:34 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Rhthemic breathing cycle - 4 per minute - Last 5 minutes of meditation was without any thoughts. Even in first 10 minutes, I had a few thoughts and was observing without assigning any labels to them. Equanimity continues to be the theme for the month and hence I am practicing unaffected mind throughout the day. During meditation, I am calming my mind so much to implement the same status no matter what happens during the day.
Day 55 September 17, 2021 Time: 4:50 am to 5:00 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Super tired, almost returned to bed. Either calmed or slept. Forced myself on the bike afterwards! Time: 7:50 am to 8:00 am Duration: 10 min Experience: Overwhelmed with work. Some calm mind. Time: 11:55 am to 12:00 pm Duration: 5 min Experience: Got interrupted before I can calm mind!
