Need Info On Shadow Creek Ranch, Pearland, Tx.

Hi Ladies,

We are planning to relocate to TX next year. We prefer Pearland Shadow Creek Ranch community. After our brief visit to Pearland, we liked few houses and the neighborhood with all its amenities.

When we started doing some more research on the area, we see a lot of landfill, odor issues being discussed in city data and other forums. But during our brief visit to few available properties in and around Pearland, We did not smell any bad odor.

Can you guys who live in and around Pearland, or Houston, shed some light on the extent of land fill odor issue and if it is worth considering Shadow Creek Ranch community, if odor/landfill NOT an issue as it is portrayed in forums.

HM..145 views so far, but no response for my query..it seems not many Houstonians are knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. After a lot of reading in the Net about the landfill issue, we have decided to drop the idea of relocating to Pearland, TX.
