need tips to gain weight

    Have some oily food like Paratha, Bara and pakori. Oils are good source of fat. Have dry fruits in your diet. My sister-in-law was very thin and she tried Amway's Nutrilite. Now she has gained some weight.

    Hi Deepu...take lot of fruits,veggies in the form of salad...make it a goal daily one fruit or two..combine salad with your dinner or breakfast or as break time snack..
    dont worry you will gain weight after you marriage(even during your courtship period ;-) own experience)
    Eat the food in happy mood, very relaxed, enjoy it no matter what you eat when you eat..they will also help in gaining weight :thumbsup

    soak 5-6 badam at night eat in the morning, drink banana milk shake.

    Very useful tips especially the idea -at night honey warm milk shake and மொன்த வாழப்பழம் for perceptible weight gain.
    I trust you must be a happy lot after nearly a decade of marriage. Regular curd bath with little butter added to it also might cause weight gain.
    Drinking large quantity of water in one go after ever meal or tiffin would cause belly though it helps metabolism.

    Weight to gain is not generally and rarely discussed by folks. Here you were suggested to gain healthy weight and even cautioned.
    Since so many years gone by, i wish to know your reflection on this thread now and on those tips to gain weight. It would benefit the folks in the same boat as you were.
    I trust you take great about hygiene especially after recovering from dengue-typhoid.
    Take great care of your 7 year old darling dd.
