Jalapeño poppers - something totally different from those stated by other respondents. Goggled and I found there is no equivalent word for it in Tamil or Hindi. But then I read varieties of jalapeño veg and non veg stuffing with two types of cheese and cream . Mere reading and deep fried..... it could be starter.. @Gauri03 you hv granted like for my FB here. But I am curious what could be your favourite(s).
Hello Sir I am not glutton,as I won't eat excess. Yes I am foodie,as I have knowledge, interest of cooking and eating. I can't say I am completely connoisseur,but to some extent yes,if I eat outside,I guess ingredients added in recipes usually I will be right, sometimes I fail to identify all,but not bad.Similarly in Carnatic music I can identify ragas especially melakartha ragas I have learnt. I can call myself as gourmet, sometimes I eat as a hobby and even cook for myself if I feel like to eat though I am not hungry.I google it and if possible I will customize to make it healthy. Lol, I'm drooling at just the thought! I still suffer from this complex. I ain't missing it any day! I would enjoy it the most with 'vathakozhambhu' on the sides but a simple pickle of any sort would work too. #curdriceforlife No regrets!
Thanks for the nice complete display of OUR Favourite with Pulikacchal and pickle ( sambar). The very reading of this sentence transport my mind to the days when mom used to make that வெத்தக்குழம்பு vathakozhambhu in vessel made of a stone called Makkahl kachhatti. Yes that pickle lemon and or Vaduz manga for touch always great with thalitha curdbath. A satisfactory long burp at the end of this type of meal too is heavenly! Thanks and Regards. Favourite is appala vathakuzhambu and vazhapoo paruppusili and of course like few others said curd rice any day.
