Day: 24 of 100 (Tuesday) Date: August 24, 2021 Time: 6:24 a.m. to 6:41 a.m. Duration: 17 minutes Experience: Still lot of thoughts came into my mind and I was watching them patiently. Focused on deep inhalation and exhalation cycle. When I became an observer, worries associated with such thoughts don't exist at least during the meditation session. I felt very relaxed after the meditation. Acceptance is the theme for the entire month as I don't originate those thoughts. I reiterated in my mind that they are Vasanas.
I didn`t update here regularly. I missed one or two days of meditation. Aug 24 Did short SKY breathing, not with the group. I did it alone. At the end,I did tranforming emotions meditation which focuses on solar plexus(manipoorakam chakra). From the beginning to end the thoughts started to fade away gradually. Nearing the end I felt like a bliss. Serene at the end.
Day: 25 of 100 Date: August 25, 2021 Time: 6:01 a.m. to 6:18 a.m. Duration: 17 minutes Experience: Rhythemic breathing cycles with deep inhalation and exhalation. 4 cycles per minute.
