Friends, can anyone refer a good hospital or doctor who could help us with ovarian cancer treatment. We are based in Chennai tamilnadu but we are open to nearby location for treatment options if it is worth trying. Any small info would be of great help for my family.

Two of my relatives got treatment for cancer in Apollo grems road chennai and recovered.( 1 is for blood cancer and 1 for breast cancer)
whoa... your post indicates that there had been a diagnosis by some hospital/doctor. Usually the doctor may have explained what type of cancer that is, what "stage" is that in, and whether there are any patient-specific special issues associated with the situation. During that time, if that hospital does not have the facilities to treat the patient, they would have recommended places to go. Delay is always a bad thing in responses to a cancer diagnosis. There are plenty of multi specialty hospitals in the city. Go to the one recommended by the doctor who diagnosed the situation. Good luck.
Yes it was diagnosed by a multispecialty hospital but they gave very minimal level of treatment and discharged the patient without any recommendation to other doctors saying that there is nothing they could do. Now got second opinion and the treatment course is way better than the first one and results are really good. Expensive but good.
