I see my doctor friend with her ears connected to music played through her smart phone vigorously walking daily evening like a soldier in glory between her dinning room to the terraced balcony In second floor.

I happened to ask her “would it be more beneficial, if limbs are exercised with mindfulness”.

She said there could be some chemistry but she has no time to music except those walking hour.

I am agog to know indusladies walkers’ view.

I would say, mindful exercise > distracted exercise > no exercise. So if the only way the doctor can get her hour long walk done is by enjoying it with music then that’s what she must do.

40 days into this and I’m starting to hit a wall. Last week was rough. For various reasons the morning workouts didn’t go as planned and not surprisingly the evenings were brutal. Too many late night workouts. Hoping the weekend gives me a chance to decompress and find my rhythm again.

    Dear @Gauri03 ,

Way to go! Thank you for sharing your insights.
I was also thinking about my progress so far - I just completed my 50 days and the one absolute thing I learnt is not to keep workouts for evenings. Even if it is just a walk, it feels like a chore. But then I am morning person too!

Honestly, at the end of 50 days I have become a better person. My IF is going well and for the past couple of weeks, I am doing no dinner at all and feel just fine. Yesterday I made masaladosa for every one and my own food looked so tempting to me that I ate an early dinner and felt miserable the whole night! Now I need to remember this feeling when I want to eat :) That was a huge step for me and I am grateful for that.

That said, I can't help but heave a sigh of relief that the challenge will be done just before school starts phew.... I hope to continue with this lifestyle....the only place I fear a fall is reading and I am happy to personally ditch the progress photo part - it is a chore for me!

So what I wanted to say was, perhaps you have crossed that line, you know the breaking point one. i think it will be smooth sailing from now on!

And oh! I have had the pleasure of helping another 3 people sign on with the challenge - making it as 75 two hard challenge (they really needed some help!) and a week into this, I promise you that all of them dislike me but are unabale to say they can't do:D. Hey, I am only helping with their sleep schedule. I deserve to grin!

For those that do IF: I get headaches and turn irritable if I don't eat early in the morning. Has anyone had this and succeeded in ~14hrs+ of IF? I am wondering if it is worth pushing through the headaches.
