#1158 A tender was invited for supply of an item huge quantity within two months from date of contract. Contract was issued. The contractor brought and unloaded the women - the item of contract - in full quantity within delivery period and demanded payment. The tender intended was for supply of windows but there was printers devil in the tender and in the corresponding Government contract as well. The letter “n” was missing in the item name.
