Ladies, we got this! Like I have mentioned before, I have been a morning workout person forever and that is helping me with this challenge quite a bit. Actually all my life right from when I was 10 or so I think, I have watched my parents go off on thier morning walks at 5 am. That has osmehow become a habit for me now. So, all I have done is just added on things I want to do for the morning now - that's the only difference.

For me the only way it works is that two hour window I give myself first thing in the morning. Between 5 and 7 in the am, I try to get almost every thing done - 45 mins workout (1 hour including the drive back and forth), shower, fininsh chanting (25 to 30 ) sit down with coffee and finish reading (about 15 to 20 mins and I have picked a book that also help me with my lesson planning - a little cheat there but still....)and take a progress photo! I can afford this right now because of sumer break - when school starts, I have no idea how I will have to tweak. One day at a time is the goal.

@Sandhya13 , I personally like IF because I have the mindset that somehow I am only constrained with the hours and not with what I eat. With IF what I notice is slowly your body tells you when you over eat and ofcourse doing yoga atleast 4 times a week also tells my body to watch what I eat . That said, in my mind you are still a new mommy what with a two year old and all that. So be kind to yourself and slowly make small measurable changes. This is also the time for you to set goals for a change in lifestyle but do it in such a way that you feel encouraged to keep at it. We are all here to support you :) Can't wait to start seeing your posts. @Kaput , can't wait to have you join us too :)

True Gauri. Will have to follow this going forward.

But I'm restarting with modified goals from monday to achieve more doable tasks. I have joined a belly burn program which is combination of core workout and HIIT. It's for next 45 days. After that I'm hoping the facilities open up in my apartment complex where I can use the gym or the swimming pool. Or will have to back to walking.

    Day 1 : 14-06-2021.
1)50 mins of belly burn and 3.0L water -Done
    2) reading 10+ pages -Done. (Atomic habits, finished the next chapter)
    3) practicing my studies for 90 mins - Done
    4) Controlling temper -Done
    5) Meditation - Done

I was so exhausted that I sept for a good 10 hours 9 pm to 7 am :flushed:! I also want to mention that thanks to this challenege, I am becoming more mindful. @Gauri03, I was thinking of you :) I continue to make a few more small changes like turn off the radio in car for shorter drives. I was suprised that I had forgotten how other traffic sounds like. I am aware that walking the dog will count as 40-45 min walk....I don't walk the dog but I plan my workout routine around that knowing that if I slip during the day, I still have those 45 mins late in the evening. I have realised that chanting seems to be the root that is holding me well in the challenge - so I finish that as soon as I can, to keep me rooted for the rest of the day. The place I slip is non fiction reading - so I am picking books that will come handy for my teaching. I am getting a better understadning of myself, thanks to this challenge.

    Day 2 : 15-06-2021.

Getting better and slowly into the rhythm.
Guess what I got featured in my Trainer(she's a celebrity Instagram influencer and the 3rd fittest woman in India) and my fitness app's official Instagram Stories for my consistent workout.
Thank you Gauri for this thread.. I am more disciplined now in my belly burn workout and better in planning my activities. No time to procrastinate.
