    Getting tougher!
If not for this thread I might have given up. Thanks @Gauri03 for sharing your struggles.

I need to do better planning, and not keep workouts to end of day. Grab that 20-30 mins if I can. Last Friday, I walked from 10:30 pm to 12:10 am , if only I had managed to do some workout before lunch :-(

Thank you Gauri for this. I am going to bed with a gratitude today and looking forward to a beautiful and eventful day tomorrow.

@SunPa I hear you. 8 days into this and it is tough! When I get at least one workout, meditation and reading out of the way before 8 am, I have a great day. When I leave it for later it becomes a mental struggle. Mornings are turning out to be the key to getting through this.

I’m going to start watching my carb intake starting tomorrow. Goal is to keep it under 100 grams.
