    BF - 2 slices of toasted Raisin bread, honeyed Ginger tea
    Mid noon- Apple
    Lunch- veg Quinoa kichdi ( spinach, okra, moong dal)
    Evening- Tea with 4 Digestive cookies
    Dinner- 2 chapatis with. Leftover pepper chicken, pitted prunes-5
