    Thanks Alyssum. The ideas are good. I will also join in this. Fixing everyday challenge and doing it gives a satisfaction that something is achieved for the day. That is great. We will do all three.

    Yeah. They were nice games. Actually dhayam is like a family game for us. I used to play with my grandma a lot. I thought if I could go to India I could play there with my son. So, I was teaching and playing with him.

    I want to Join the thread. Really appreciating your commitment to keep this thread alive. I need some discipline in my eating habits. I believe posting my food diary will help me to achieve it. By the thanks for creating this thread.

    BF-apple,honeyed Ginger tea
    Lunch- Proso millet with Sambar and pepper chicken
    Evening -honeyed Ginger tea
    Dinner- late lunch so skipped dinner. Ate apple and 4 pitted prunes
    Kabasura kudineer 50 ml.
    Water
    Pomegranate juice- 1 cup
