    Water
    Coffee
    Porridge
    Chappathi 4 with brinjal curry buttermilk
    Coffee
    Cake 1 slice
    Kambu dosai
    Had sweet rasagulls 2 pieces
    Tempt to eat.

    Wdlk 20mins
    Cycling 15mins

    Positive thoughts
    Today,I spent 20 minutes for reading in morning.
    I read motivational stort.so, it helps to make my day - smile way.

    Coffee
    One small boli
    Nooi upma + curd + 2 slice of mango.

    Walk 30mins

    Positive thought
    Let it go-That's my morning thought. I'm have some times little stress.i think about it during my sleepy night.
    When I wake up..I said myself Let it go.
    So,thats my positive thought.

    Yes,You are right - Small add ins to our daily life makes good changes in our life.

    If I do anything new like reading books,trying new recipe, story with kids,learn any activities.
    It makes happiness with us.
    It helps to make our quality time.

    Positive thought - Its a rainy day. Feeling chill so, watched movie.
    Also play with my kids and walk in terrace. That's made my day.

    Positive thought - i didn't think anything today...just go with day usual routine work.
