Brazil is a lovely place to visit if you like beaches. Colombia too, or anywhere in the Carribean. The Caribbean is actually great as most countries speak English. If you want to venture farther then Tahiti and Bora Bora are spectacular. My personal favorite would be an African safari: Tanzania, South Africa,Zambia or Malawi.
