Dear Cheeniya Sir, I am here to nominate my fourth nomination for the month On Being Judgmental written by @HariLakhera. He consistently brings those important topics for discussion enabling us to introspect. Frankly, I feel he raises questions for which he already has the answers but posts them to engage in a social conversation with friends.
Dear Cheeniya Sir, I am here to nominate @Benadryl's How To Teach About Money To Kids?. I read every mother's post in response to the original post and enjoyed how the mothers are bringing awareness about the value of money to their children. I wish more parents post their thoughts in this thread. Viswa
Many Thanks. Shri Viswa, to be frank, I do not have answers for the questions I raise, opinion may be. I try to seek opinion of learned friends and engage in conversation with them as you rightly said. I respect your views.
Movies, cricket and politics remain the three most popular topics of discussion for people from the Indian subcontinent. @SGBV 's starter post on the Muralitharan biopic 800 starring Vijay Sethupathi combines those three topics and so has had many responses pouring in. I have just started to watch Vijay Sethupathi's movies recently and have lost touch with cricket after the abomination called T20 took form but it is nice to read the passionate responses in the thread. My third nomination for the month is this post by @SGBV : Muralitharan Bio Pic And The Storm In Tamil Nadu
Thank you for the nomination Viswa ji. I have to confess am afraid I dont fully know what finest posts really mean. I have posted many questions here as I find this forum to mostly be a group of very matured and sensible adults. Sometimes the calmness and clarity of responses makes me think am reading a response from the Buddha himself
Dear Cheeniya Sir, I am here to nominate my final quota of nomination with one of my favorite writers @Srama's snippet A Picture Blog!. It felt like eating a Kadamba Sadam (Mixed Vegetable Rice) with some description of nature, some thoughts about Coronavirus, some thoughts about Halloween, and some description of Navarathri celebrations. But the beauty of it is she mixed all of them in a blender so that they are not visible separately.
Thank you V sir. I hope kadamba sadam is like our bisibelbhath You are right! I have to confess, writing this was not easy and then I had trouble uploading pictures, so ended up with a collage like the snippet - I have mixed up everything and I do feel the chaos in the world as I walk the neighborhood - i am only trying to see the beauty that everyone is seeing in what they are doing! It is an interesting time of the year isn't it? So much happening, so much at stake, a sense of helplessness but yet hope in the horizon. We just have to look toward that hope and pray that all will be well. Thank you for nominating my post.
My fourth nomination is this thread-starter post by @Minion Will The Central Government Ever Stop Pushing Hindi On Tamil Nadu ? It's been a while since a page grew so fast in pages. It's also been a while since @sokanasanah clicked Like on a post. : ) I liked reading the discussion and the views from so many angles.
