I learnt from your this post a new American slang coined in 1970 keeping in view the word ENORMOUS . The meaning is wonderful that is a thing that can not be measured easily like a huge cactus. Thanks to google for this info.
With best wishes for your efforts in reaching reduction in weight..
    God Bless.

Just a piece of advice, from your diet it looks like you may loose the weight quickly but the moment you go to your daily routine you will them that faster. So it's better to have a balanced and portion control diet. It's my personal experience so thought to advise you, hope you didn't mind :)

Hey, I am no expert:facepalm: still struggling to loose that last bit. Your diet should be balanced which means it should contain all the food groups carbs, fats(good fats), protein and fiber. Calorie restrictive diets will lead you to nutritional deficiency along with mood swing, irritation etc and is not sustainable in long run.

I would ask you to check Rujuta Diwekar's instagram, she had posted a diet chart ofcourse for the lockdown period in around March/April. She advises to have our usual diet patern (Indian style) which should should be in 3:2:1 ratio of grains(rice/roti), Dal/subji, pickle/salad/curd.

If you have no health issues then go for IF otherwise best consult your doctor as it has it's own demerit.
