yea, tell me about it. my friends say it is very easy but I can never get the hang of it. I have more greying hair at the back of my head so it gets very difficult unless someone can do it for you.

Salons are opening up in many places. Many places will let customers sit in their cars for the color to set or let them go home to wash. If you have a regular stylist they may even be willing to come to your home.

Hey @anika987 , forgot to mention one tip I have been dividing the hair color to 3 parts and using them when needed because i don't need to use the whole thing at once . it becomes too much of hair color for me.
I use a kitchen measuring scale and measure according to the ratio of colorant and developer to be used. A little math involved here if the ratios are not even :).
Garnier olia gives you the same amount of developer and colorant to mix, so it becomes very easy to divide to equal parts. I weigh 20 gm of colorant and then 20 gm of developer and keep the rest away. Mix these 2 and use. Will store the rest as it is in the packaging and remeasure when I need to color next time.
Just wanted to let you know. I have not seen help in the internet regarding this. Is anyone else doing like this?

Don't use that "organic" one, that is all crap, if you are in India, shop for the fruit and use it. It takes 2 days to prepare, but that is best.

Frozen amla is available here in southern california in some Indian stores. I always store it in my freezer.
You can try to get one bag. It is available throughout the year. I have the dry amla powder also. But I am not sure as the sarvantaryamini said. When the export from India, it won`t be crap I hope.

I think the best thing to do is to buy fresh or frozen or dried amla from stores or Amazon. I found a nice website which carries some quality stuff. You can look here as well. Amla Powder | FNWL
