    Including green tea and boiled grains.. Doing 30 mins walk... Trying to skip eve tea.
    No sweets and oil for these day...
    But having biscuits.. Soon I have to cut... Will update soon..

    Curd rice and one Dosa with sambar.

    I don’t see any salads or veggies in your diet, increase that. Also walking will not give enough exercise. U have to do cardio or yoga to tone your body. Can u do suryanamaskar, planks, sit ups, pushups, crunches every day? Walking out whole body s weight on small feet that leads to some other health problems like foot pain knee pain etc. try to push your self little more. Less carbs more protein fiber food.
