Thanks for reply and the tips. You are right about frequent switching you move on and people do not get time to adjust with you.maybe if I stay longer I will just get used to them and they will get used to me.i am not giving enough time for it.after intial resistance I quit.this is the time to try that out,as situation outside is also not good to find a new job.i will stay and see what happens ahead.
Even outside situation remain same, there is no guarantee you get another berth with better situations. Status quo will continue in all geographies as long as COVID scare remains. I would suggest to Continue with the present even if you are benched. 2. Gone through heartening feedbacks from other fellow members and they had expressed honest views vis a vis Your situation. With best wishes to family & you. Thanks and Regards
The reason for this is because I noticed few people in my professional network are facing job security issues, like being terminated, or pay cuts, few had quit their jobs when they got offer from another company and their joining date was indefinitely delayed due to Covid issue..thus being unemployed and struggling To get some other job...that’s why it may not be the right time to take risk...also if you’re already working in a role and absorbed into project you can have some WFH and flexible working options, but If you’re a new joinee you won’t be in a position to ask for any flexibility immediately...in Covid scenario, you would require remote working options if there are many cases in your city , esp. you’re locality and you don’t want to step out unnecessarily... Maybe once things settle down and the economy picks up you can think of applying for other jobs...
Yes yes,I completely agree with you, will stay here at least till situation comes back to normal. Thanks for the heads up.
