    I’m back, was busy with other things.

    Feb 25, 2020 (yesterday update)
    Breakfast - 2boiled eggs, 1 omelette, 1 bread
    Lunch - 1/2 brown rice, plain dhal, carrot, okra n yogurt
    Eve - orange
    Dinner - ragi & white idly n small banana

    Ex : 60mins Zumba

    Ex - Chole warm up, abs, cool down.
    Well, now I’m able to do plank hip dips , up & down & plank jacks. I’ve lost a good amount of wt (Diet+workout) so far so feeling very flexible & easy to do reverse ab crunches.... planning to keep up the momentum :beer-toast1:
